STAFF FORMS

Coaches and advisors need to read the Student Activities Handbook.  The Budget and Fundraiser Forms are below.  Once these are filled out, they need to be turned in to your building Principal for approval.

Coaches and the cheer advisors need to turn all money and requisitions in to Kevin Alexander.

All other advisors need to turn in all money and requisitions in to Tonja Plankenhorn in the Treasurer's Office.
