    • e-Hallpass is our digital hall pass system used at National Trail to monitor student movement throughout the school day in a safe, organized, and accountable way. It replaces traditional paper passes with a secure online system accessible on any device.

      What e-Hallpass Is Used For:

      • Creating and Managing Hall Passes:
Students request passes to leave the classroom for:

        • Restroom

        • Nurse

        • Main Office or Guidance

        • Other classrooms

        • Locker or personal needs

      • Scheduling Future Passes:
Teachers and students can schedule passes in advance for meetings, help sessions, or counseling visits.

      • Monitoring Hall Activity:
Teachers and staff can view who is out of the room in real time, helping to reduce hallway congestion and ensure student safety.

      How It Works:

      1. Students log in to e-Hallpass using their school credentials.

      2. They submit a request to leave the room.

      3. The teacher approves the pass digitally.

      4. When the student returns, the pass is ended and logged in the system.

      Why We Use It:

      • Improves student accountability and safety

      • Reduces hallway traffic

      • Tracks patterns for improved school operations

      • Easy for both teachers and students to use
